Certified Delphi IT Professional Course

This year we are pleased to offer a Certified Delphi IT Professional course prior to the conference! This course begins on Sunday, March 18th and will provide Delphi IT users a clear understanding of how all the Delphi pieces fit together, outline the best way to maximize your integrations, provide troubleshooting tips, security guidelines, and information regarding the latest technologies available. Individuals that participate in the Certified Delphi IT Professional courses and pass the exam will have a distinct advantage when working within the hospitality IT profession. This is a hands-on training session and participants must bring a laptop to participate in the course.

    Connecting for Results

This panel builds the business case for the integration of processes and technology, showcasing a group of hospitality leaders who are connecting key elements of their sales and operations using Newmarket’s products and services. You will gain from their unique perspectives on the benefits of connecting, whether it’s across operational lines, among sister properties, or between separate islands of data. You will also learn about how they addressed the obstacles they had to navigate, and how they intend to demonstrate a return on their efforts.

Competing for the Future of Hospitality

+ To stay competitive in today’s hospitality marketplace, you have to focus on what truly sets you apart. Determining that, however, is only step one. You then need to make your differentiation impact how you compete in the marketplace. In this session, you will hear from our panelists how they are competing creatively with the help of Newmarket’s products and services.
