A special conference rate has been negotiated at the Royal Pacific Resort for those attending the NewmarketPLUS 2007 User Conference. If you would like to book a room at the host hotel, please click the link below.
We are pleased to present attendees with the special rate of $215 per night, exclusive of applicable taxes, which are currently subject to a Florida sales tax of 6.5% and a 6% City Bed Tax (subject to change without notice). This special conference rate is only available until Wednesday, February 14, 2007, so be sure to book your room now!
This conference rate is available for the duration of the conference. For those interested in extending their stay, the hotel has extended the conference rate to three (3) days before and three (3) days after the official meeting dates, subject to availability.
There must be at least one person 21 years of age or older per room. Above double occupancy, an extra person charge of $25 per night applies. Children under 18 years of age stay free in their parent’s room using existing bedding. Roll-a-way beds are $25 per night.
In the event of cancellation, Royal Pacific Resort must be notified 5 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
